US domestic shipping
We aim to send out all in-stock items within 3 business days from the date your order is placed. We ship orders Monday through Thursday, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way. .
International shipping
We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.
Given the handmade nature of most of our items and being a (very) small business, we hope that all sales are final, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at danielle@thefleurdelishouse.com with details about your order and the issue.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using UPS or shipping with a tracking #, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives safely at our studio.
Once received, we’ll process a refund if applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can arrange a prompt replacement.
